Integrity – APS Growth shall be honest and show integrity at all times when rendering its services.

Competence – APS Growth shall provide competent property services and maintain the knowledge and skill to continue to aid its customers.

Professionalism – APS Growth shall keep conduct at levels in which its clients demand and expect.

Confidentiality – APS Growth shall not disclose any confidential information without consent of the customer of that information unless compelled to by law or as required to fulfil their legal obligations.

Compliance – APS Growth shall ensure that their conduct complies with the REIA Code of Conduct and its Constitution. At all times complying with the Property, Stock and Business Agents Act 2002, Regulations 2003 and Trade Practices Act 1974.
