Anthony Simon
At the age of 15, Anthony decided he wanted to be ‘different’, and started on the path of financial freedom through educating himself in property investment. Now 36 he has a substantial property portfolio, and trades profitably in shares. Anthony is the keynote speaker at events for the public, works with the youth in being educated, creating and establishing financial independence and coaches a select network of high wealth people (Elite Sportsmen, Celebrities and Company Directors) in expanding their “passive” income.
Anthony is fortunate enough to be in the position (through hard work building a substantial business, property and share portfolio) to pass this knowledge onto those who desire to fulfill their dreams and goals towards financial freedom. Anthony’s desire is to reignite people to DREAM again, and turn those DREAMS into their GOALS. Anthony is and remains one of the most requested speakers on Property for Corporate and the Elite as he is able to communicate his passion, knowledge and success through the simplicity of his words.
Other interests include tennis, snow skiing and relaxing with family and friends at ‘Shoalondilly’ (Anthony and Louise’s hideaway property on the Shoalhaven River of NSW)

Louise Simon (L.R.E.A.)
Working in the property industry from the age of 15, Louise has gained a vast amount of knowledge in ‘the process of buying property’. Up to the foundation of APS Growth, Louise continued to work primarily in the Property and Finance sectors, then assisting Anthony set up APS Growth to simplify the process of ‘investing in property’.
Having met Anthony at the young age of 22, Louise used his assistance to start building her property portfolio and continued to do so over the years that followed.
Louise is the licensee of APS Growth and manages all of the accounts for the business.

Nicole Wilson
Nicole has always had a keen interest in property investing and wealth creation. She was originally a client of APS Growth in 2007 and purchased her first investment property in Queensland in 2008. Nicole was so impressed with the standard of customer service and care that she received from APS and its team, that when she returned from 4 months in Brazil in 2010, she began working at the office in Brookvale.
Nicole now works closely with Anthony in supporting the clients, helping in the organisation of events,sales co-ordination tasks and general adminsitration. Nicole manages the APS Growth website for our clients and the APS Portal for all our Alliance members to streamline the property purchasing process.
Outside the working day, Nicole loves to surf, practices pilates and yoga, being with family and friends and spends as much time in the outdoors and as close the beach as possible.

Sharad Vekprakash
Sharad has been personally investing in the property market in Australia and Asia for the past 10 years and currently hold a diverse portfolio with properties here in Australia and overseas. He has over 10 years experience in mentoring and is passionate about educating clients so they have the right structure and the right strategy to see them through retirement. His philosophy of ‘hope for the best and plan for the worst’ and see many of his clients succeed in building wealth through property, paying off their ‘bad debts’. Sharad was the CEO of a firm helping and training industry professionals to have a successful career in the real estate industry & property investment industry. Now he is with APS Growth and here to help you succeed.

Jason Pitkeathly
Jason has recently joined the APS Growth Property Mentoring team, as senior property mentor. He has been investing in property across Australia and New Zealand for 18 years and currently holds a diverse investment property portfolio across Australia. Jason has been in the finance and property industry for more than 18 years and holds qualifications in mortgage broking, property valuation and real estate. Living on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Jason invests to create wealth for him and his family so they can enjoy more time on the beach and less time in the office! Jason recently contributed to an article in “Your Investment Property” magazine.

Tony Dowling
Tony has been learning, investing and teaching about property investment for over 15 years. He has extensive experience in both residential and comercial property in Australia and has acquired a diverse property portfolio for himself and his family.Tony has had a varied background since entering the work force as a school teacher, Real Estate Agent, Adult Educator in Property and Finance and as an owner of his own multi-national businesses’ in education and distribution.His passion for helping people achieve their financial and life GOALS has lead him to APS. Here his goal is to help you leverage off the skills, knowledge and resources of APS Growth team to achieve your personal and financial goals.He currently lives on the Northern Beaches of Sydney with his wife and 2 boys. His other passions include time with family, surfing, snowboarding and playing his guitar.
